How do you pronounce Elisa? My name is often mispronounced by those that do not know me. Some say "eh lee sa", some say "a lis sa", and. some even say "e ly za". The correct way to pronounce Elisa is "el lis sa". An easy way to remember this is that it is pronounced like Melissa, except without the "m".
